SANTU Production Process
01 Forging
SANTU pliers are engineered for every task and load. We select specialty steel alloys rolled to strict specifications—delivering lasting cutting power on hard wires, strength under high torque, and superior corrosion resistance.
Through precision heat treatment, we optimize the balance between hardness and toughness, achieving the reliability, durability, and long service life that define SANTU.
02 Laser High Frequency
Compared with traditional induction high frequency, laser processing has a more stable positioning tool, so that the hardness of the cutting edge is more uniform，this process allows us to achieve the high degree of reliability, durability and service life that are the very definition of SANTU pliers.
03 Automatic Polishing
Compared with traditional manual polishing, the size accuracy of the automatically polished pliers is highly improved, and the size consistency is much better.
